CRISPY ROAST POTATOES
Delicious crispy roast potatoes
SERVING SIZE:

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg roasting potatoes
1/2 cup Alfa One Rice Bran Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place a roasting dish in the oven and preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Peel potatoes and cut into egg sized chunks. Boil in salt water for 5 minutes until soft in the middle. Place Alfa One Rice Bran Oil in the roasting dish, add potatoes and toss, then return to the oven cooking for approx 45 minutes or until crisp and golden.
